Hosting plans that differ!
At Weblogistics, our goal is to be different. Better. How do we do that?:
We're not about volume. We don't have dozens of web hosting or development plans. What we've tried to do is find out what the customer wants, find the best way of delivering that, and, well, delivering it!
Most companies want to do the development, or provide a hosting platform, take your money & run! We're here to help. We don't expect you to know about web development, be a system administrator or even know the geek speak. We expect you to know your business, & leave the geeky stuff to us. When you need us, you won't hear "Talk to your developer", but rather "We'll get right on that!"
Weblogistics is about difference. We're setting ourselves apart from the others who really just want your money. We're passionate about technology, about the internet. It's not just a business to us, it's about the future. It's about helping our customers. That's why we haven't got dozens of different plans. We want to be sure we're the best at what we do.
We've listened to our customers (and continue to do so). What we hear them saying is:
"We don't want hidden costs. In fact, if we can avoid it, we don't want up front costs at all! Times are tough, we need our web provider to work with us through these times!"
So we developed the "No up front fees, everything included, fire & forget" plans. There's nothing else you need to get your business a web presence & start winning back some business!
"Our hoster always says 'You're on an un-managed package. Talk to your developer'. I don't even know what an IP address is, and I don't want to know. And our web developer charges every time we talk to him!"
Our solution is to provide fully managed hosting packages. If things go wrong, or if you need a change, we won't be saying "go somewhere else", and we usually won't say "That'll be $$$...". Most of our packages don't come with a control panel, because you simply don't need one.
"We need centralised email, we're tired of looking unprofessional with our xtra account. Google mail doesn't cut it because of the agreement they make us sign, and we don't want to manage anything...we just want it to work, and be cheap!"
We offer hosted email for just these occasions. It's so cheap you won't believe it. Or you can get a fully managed dedicated virtual email server, and have as many mailboxes as your server can take. Nothing else is required.
But most of all, we hear:
"Don't talk geek at me, and don't keep billing me extras once my site is up!"
We don't speek geak. At least not to customers. That's a promise! And our packages come with simple Content Management software. If you can use a word processor, like Microsoft Word, you can manage your own site. And here's the kicker: We'll actually teach you how to use it!
